Our three-night stay was a delight! I loved the impressive claw-foot tub in our Grand Executive room, perfect for relaxation after exploring the city. The staff made our stay exceptional with their warm hospitality and fantastic dining options. Don't miss the rooftop views!

We just had an incredible stay! The food was exceptional, especially the local breakfast choices that were to die for. Plus, the room was super comfortable, and we loved the unique welcome gesture of fresh fruits. Totally worth it!

Cabins are clean and cozy with a prime location just across from a scenic lake. Perfect for walkers, it’s only a short stroll to the vibrant hustle of the Old Quarter.

The room I booked promised a beautiful view, but I barely caught a glimpse of the city, let alone the lake. While one pillow was comfortable, the second felt like a block of foam, making for some awkward sleeping arrangements. Breakfast seemed pricey at $15, so I opted for nearby bakeries that had better local prices and flavors. Lastly, a premium water charge at dinner had to be sorted out, which didn’t sit right with me.

The only downside was the noise from the park. On weekends, the street sellers were quite loud, which may disturb light sleepers.

The location is super close to the lake, which made exploring the Old Quarter a breeze. The breakfast was really good, with tons of options. Staff were super friendly and helpful too. Just a heads up, the restaurant gets packed on weekends, so plan ahead if you want to eat there.

Love the cozy bakery and café attached! The nearby pedestrian-only market on weekends was amazing for walking around. Parking was easy too!

Wonderful stay in a prime location

I spent three nights in a Deluxe Double or Twin Room right in the heart of Hanoi. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to both the Old Quarter and the French Quarter. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially Ms. Kieu, who went out of her way to assist us during our stay. However, the street noise could get a bit loud at times, so consider earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
